Run a team from roster to official result
Follow the real captain workflow: build a playable roster, submit the lineup, score the match, cross-sign both captain copies, and see the public totals update.
All names, teams, locations, contacts, schedules, and results are fictional. This shared fictional league is restored every night.
Shared workspace: another visitor may be using the same team or match. Never enter real personal or contact information.
Step 1 · Captain access
Start as the featured Home captain
Sign in as DemoHome using the shared Demo password. The featured Home and Away accounts are assigned to the same reset-safe match every day.
- Use DemoHome for roster setup and the first score-sheet copy.
- Use DemoAway later for the opposing captain copy and signature.
- The workflow uses the featured match—not the current weekday—so you can complete it any day.
Step 2 · Build the team
Build a playable roster
Open Roster as DemoHome. Review the active regular shooters and substitutes, search before adding, then add or restore a fictional player if you want to try roster management.
- Keep enough active regular shooters to fill every Score Sheet slot.
- Use fictional names only.
- Confirm the player appears under Active roster before continuing.
Step 3 · Submit roster for play
Select the lineup and begin play
Open Score Sheet as DemoHome. Select the Home players who will shoot tonight, then choose Begin Play. This saves the submitted lineup and unlocks both teams for score entry.
- Use the featured scheduled match shown for DemoHome.
- Fill every Home player slot with a different active player.
- Select Begin Play—not only Save Setup—to move into the Play phase.
Step 4 · Play the match
Enter rounds and save the captain copy
Enter the three round scores and any optional events for both teams. Automatic wins and totals update on the sheet. Choose Save temporary copy when the result is complete.
- Complete every player and round field.
- Review automatic wins, points, handicap, and totals.
- Your saved copy remains unofficial until both captains submit matching copies and cross-sign.
Step 5 · Two-captain submission
Match both copies and complete final submission
- Sign out of DemoHome and sign in as DemoAway.
- Select the Away lineup, begin play, and enter the exact same match result.
- Save the Away temporary copy. Resolve any comparison differences shown.
- As DemoAway, choose Sign opposing captain copy.
- Return as DemoHome and sign the Away copy. The matching copies become one official result.
Step 6 · Published outcome
See the score update across the league
Open Standings and Weekly Performance to see how official results feed team records, player totals, averages, and event counts. The official sheet also appears in Score Sheet History.
Release timing: standings update after every match on that scheduled play date is official. If another featured match is still open, finish it or review the official sheet in History first.
